Experience the Charm of Squamish Living

My parents are getting married at Glacier Valley Farm! From what I’ve sniffed out, it’s a dream spot—huge open spaces to run, tons of good smells, and even some funny-looking creatures they call alpacas (I’ll be keeping my eye on them). There are horses, baby goats, chickens, and even bison—though I hear I’m not allowed to herd them.

The big house where most of the family will be staying is rustic and cozy, and mum & dad seem very excited about the hot tubs, cold plunge, and sauna.

Accommodation

  • Core Family

    To our immediate family—this is your chance to really get to know each other and bond before the big day! You’re invited for an extended stay from September 17–22, 2025. That’s five whole days of belly rubs, tasty food, and hanging out together.

    If you’re part of the immediate family (you know who you are!), check-in at the main lodge is at 3pm on Wednesday, September 17. We’ll all pack up and head out on Monday, September 22, by 12pm—plenty of time for morning zoomies before leaving.

  • Extended Family & Friends

    For those traveling from far away (I hope you’re bringing me treats from your hometown), we’ve got a cozy spot for you at the farm! You’ll be staying in the main lodge, carriage home, yurts, or glamping tents—don’t worry, we’ll tell you where to go.

    Check-in for you lucky guests starts at 3pm on Friday, September 19, 2025, and check-out is on Sunday, September 21, 2025, by 12pm. Please don’t be late—because as soon as you arrive, the fun (and my chance for extra pets) begins! The wedding festivities start at 4pm sharp.

  • Squamish Family

    If you live nearby in Squamish or Vancouver, we’d LOVE for you to stay the whole weekend too!

    You can camp in the designated field—bring your own tent or camp in your car. Just don’t forget to pack a sleeping bag for me too, because I’ll definitely be tent-hopping for snuggles! There are showers and washrooms close by, so you’ll be fresh and ready for all the celebrating.

    Tent campers, plan to arrive between 12pm and 3pm on Friday, September 19, to set up your spot before the party starts! Check-out will be on Sunday, September 21, by 12pm.

If you're planning to come in a day or two earlier, we recommend booking your accommodations soon—Squamish fills up fast! If you’re struggling to find a place, let my parents know. They might have a cozy corner for you at the lodge.
